Finding a pair of twin ponies is quite uncommon, therefore this is really wonderful!
Pony birth rates are rather low—one pony per litter for horses is roughly one in 10,000, whereas human pony birth rates are three out of every hundred. That proves this mare’s distinctiveness all by itself!

This year, the mother stallion Tiki becomes 16, an advanced age for a horse, so this will make her pregnancy more challenging, particularly if she is carrying twins. Merely 9% of mares that are carrying twins will bear fruit to term. Tiki’s guardian, Mason’s family, insists on regular ultrasounds to keep an eye on the health of the infants.

A lot of people are curious about how these attractive twins are conceived!

This lovely elder woman gave birth to her gorgeous horses at Conley and Koontz Equine Hospital in Columbia City, Indiana in 2011, and it’s amazing that everything went according to plan.

A pair of plump ponies, the first weighing 86 pounds and the other 59, were born in the middle of the night. She is very gorgeous and plump, even if she seems a bit lighter. She was even able to stand and walk within ten minutes of giving birth.

The two pups have a striking black and white coat, much like their talented mother!

The twins were immediately given significant names: Charming Opal and Woodcock Pocket. They were worried that Tiki may reject one of her twins and that she wouldn’t know what to do when faced with them. But Tiki proved to be a great mother, as she soon welcomed and loved the two of them!

Look at these gorgeous twins. I am very grateful for each and every one of you!
